School governors are volunteers who help to run the school. They’re involved in decisions about strategic aspects of managing the school – such as helping set budgets, supporting staff and monitoring standards.

Governors also help to make big decisions about the school’s long-term goals. They support the Headteacher, but also ask questions and make sure the Headteacher is taking the school in the right direction.

Our Governing Body is organised into two committees:  Learning and Resources.  Our Full Governing Body meets at least three times a year and our two committees meet each term – six times a year.

List Of Governors

Two new members have been appointed. Their job is to rebuild the governing body following the resignation of all sitting governors in September 2019. The recruitment process has started and we will update this page as soon as new governors and trustees have been appointed.
